Canopy Estate SSDA

Frasers Property have lodged an Environmental Impact Statement in relation to a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for Canopy Estate.

The estate comprises 36 hectares across 17 lots being 1647-1671 The Horsley Drive, 157-213 and 136-170 Redmayne Road, 137-209 Chandos Road, and a portion of Redmayne Road, Horsley Park.

The application proposes a combined gross floor area of 180,000sqm across eight industrial buildings including some ancillary spaces and uses.
