Following a Planning Proposal approval in 2024, HB+B have lodged a State Significant Development Application in relation to the Alspec Industrial Business Park (AIBP) located at 221-235 Luddenham Road, Orchard Hills concerning a proposed 48,157sqm storage and distribution warehouse situated upon a 10ha site forming part of the larger estate that is proposed.
